Assessment Services

Assessment Types

A psychological assessment can help you better understand what may be contributing to challenges with learning, attention, mood, behaviour, memory, trauma, or day-to-day functioning.

Our clinicians use evidence-based assessment tools, clinical interviews, background information, and standardized testing to provide a clear, thoughtful picture of your needs. Each assessment includes recommendations that can help guide next steps, whether that means treatment planning, academic accommodations, workplace support, or documentation for third-party organizations.

Psychoeducational & Learning Assessments

These comprehensive assessments evaluate learning, academic skills, cognitive processing, and executive functioning to better understand how a person learns. They help identify strengths, clarify areas of difficulty, and provide practical recommendations for support, accommodations, and success at school, work, and home.

ADHD Assessments

ADHD assessments can be completed as a focused, stand-alone evaluation or as part of a more comprehensive psychoeducational assessment. They examine attention, executive functioning, impulsivity, and related behaviors to determine whether ADHD may be present and provide clear guidance for support, treatment, and next steps.

Forensic Assessments

Forensic assessments are completed for legal, medical-legal, or third-party referral purposes. These assessments are carefully structured and may assist with questions related to psychological functioning, diagnosis, capacity, risk, or treatment needs.

VAC and RCMP PTSD Assessments

We provide psychological assessments for veterans, RCMP members, and others requiring documentation related to trauma, PTSD, operational stress injuries, and related mental health concerns. These assessments can support treatment planning and benefit-related applications.

Psychodiagnostic Assessments

Psychodiagnostic assessments help clarify mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, personality-related concerns, or other psychological difficulties. The goal is to provide a clearer understanding of symptoms and appropriate next steps for care.
