Please note, although referrals from your medical doctor, other professionals and agencies are not necessary for making an appointment, a referral may be necessary for insurance coverage or other funding purposes. A parent or guardian of youth 18 years or younger are required to attend the first appointment at its commencement to fill out the required paperwork and speak to the relevant practitioner.
